Dua-e-Qunoot in the 3rd Rakat of Isha Witar ?

Question:

When reading 3 witr for Isha prayer you have to recite Dua-e-Qunoot in the 3rd Rakat.
What does one do if he/she doesn't know this dua of by heart?
What does he/she read in its replacement untill it has been learnt??
Lastly, I have heard this dua is not farz- Please explain.

Answer:

If a person does not know Dua Qunoot, then he should recite verse 201 from Surah Baqara (Rabbana Aatina Fid Dunya Hasanatan…). When we say that it is not Fardh it means that if a person does not read it, the Salah is still legitimate and done though it is not a perfect prayer.
